INVENTORY:

INFO from the mods on use so I don't forget: The cross-gun will be able to fire regular bullets (regains of these can be handwaved; silvered bullets can be purchased in the bonus AC store) just fine, without any special nerfs. The laser feature will be usable a max of 3 times a month.

Info from the mods on use so I don't forget: Wolfwood can start with up to 5 vials of his Lab Drugs. More of these can be regained for the price of a Small Item (a maximum of 5 at once), but they will not work on other player characters for obvious reasons. Their healing ability will also be slightly nerfed to not heal anything instantaneously, but rather over a few minutes.
3/7: All Vials have been used. Will need to purchase replacements if he wants to use them again.
???: Forgot to put the date here but he's purchased more Vials, one has been used to he has 4 currently.

Tch. This is the first time I'm hearing of it.

[Maybe during his time here, Wolfwood will get some real shoes. The cold, and the snow getting into them and making them soaking wet, may eventually force him. FOR NOW THOUGH...

What Vash says next causes his brows to make a bid for his hairline. Now that he's fed and more content than he was before, he props his ankles up on the table again, maybe deliberately since Vash keeps ragging on his feet. He'll go so far as to fold his arms behind his head, too.]

That's because everyone else is too nice. [Not at all true. There's no way Meryl wouldn't have mentioned his rancid feet if that weren't the case. Here might be a little different, but he's pretty sure at least Gnosis would have pitched a fit. Or Irene.

In any case he has more important things to have a panic over. He reels away at the question, and in his haste to look down and away from Wolfwood, lands square on said chest. Kill him. Kill him and smite him.]

[He grabs his own bowl, and then attempts to snatch at Wolfwood's before trying to scramble off.]

It's probably more likely just a reflex that causes Vash to look right square at his chest. An association thing, or something. Still though. That doesn't mean Wolfwood doesn't smirk when he sees it, like it's the funniest shit he's ever seen.

[There is no response from Vash. What there is, however, is the sound of dishes clattering into the sink. There may even be some ceramic breaking. Sorry, everyone, there's one less bowl available at the Inn now. He'll collect some bones and pay for another one later, probably.

The point is, Vash definitely stays in there longer than is necessary. The water stops running after a few minutes, but he doesn't emerge. Is he gripping the counter and having a little speck of gay panic? Survey says yes.

Eventually, though, he trudges back out. His hands are in his pockets, and he's actually... whistling? He's taken the image of "casual cool guy" and turned it up to a thousand.]

[Aaaand there he goes. Struck some kind of nerve, perhaps? Hm.

But Vash rarely, if ever, gets pissed off. He's seen him pissed off for sure, but he's pretty sure that wasn't anger at all either way. More than anything, he seemed suddenly uncomfortable as he made his escape into the kitchen. Nevertheless, Wolfwood...actually waits for Vash to come back. If this were a couple of hours ago, he would have bailed before he returned.

But no, he's still here. He's still got his feet propped on the table like an asshole. He once more raises a brow as he comes tromping back in, looking maybe a little less panicked.]

Good? Me? [There's a very nervous, very fluttery laugh. It isn't helped by the fact that he once again glances toward Wolfwood's chest. Not intentional or anything, it just keeps happening.] I'm great! Why wouldn't I be. In fact I'm so great and energized, maybe I'll go for a run! I'm sure you still need rest so don't worry about me -

Wolfwood tilts his head to one side, his cheek resting against his shoulder. He looks amused, if his wry expression is anything to go by, mostly because Vash is tweaking out solely because he breathed the words "bare chest" in his direction.

It's nice to feel anything close to a positive emotion, after the day he's had. He will choose violence, thank you.]

[He leans his head back towards the ceiling, closing his eyes.]
